So that organizational goal can be achived employee performance is an important think needs attention. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, compensation and motivation on by using Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as intervening variable. The subjects in this were educational staff at Indonesian Institute Arts Yogyakarta. sample used was 121 respondents. Determination number samples Krejcie-Morgan method. research a quantitative study. sampling technique simple random technique. analysis tool Partial Least Square (PLS), namely SEM which based variance with SmartPLS software. From test results, results obtained: 1) Transformational Leadership Style affects Innovation Performance; 2) Compensation does not affect innovation performance; 3) Motivation Affects 4) style OCB; 5) has no Effect 6) 7) OCB Performance. advice given need involve personnel implementation activities ISI Yogyakarta foster sense responsibility each employee.
